SAAD SIDDIQUI

Saad is a Board Partner at Preface Ventures, focused on enterprise software and infrastructure with a particular conviction around vertical SaaS and data network effects. Before Preface, Saad was a Founding General Partner at Titanium Ventures (formerly Telstra Ventures), where he was part of the founding team post-spinout from Telstra and deployed $100M+ across companies including CrowdStrike, Auth0, GitLab, Trifacta, NS1, BuildOps, Alvys, and Incorta.

Earlier in his career, Saad was Head of M&A at Informatica and spent several years at Cisco on the corporate development and venture investing team focused on cloud, big data, and virtualization. He began his career in M&A at RBC Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch. Across his corporate development roles, Saad executed more than $7B in aggregate transactions.

Saad is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 24) and lives in New York. He received the President's Volunteer Service Award from President Obama in 2011 for his non-profit work. Outside of work, he loves volunteering, traveling, spending time with his nieces and nephews, and vibe coding his agent, Archie.

LUKE COOPER

A serial entrepreneur, growth leader, and author, Luke Cooper is an Operating Partner at Preface Ventures. Previously, Luke was General Partner at Baltimore-based Latimer Ventures, a $15M investment fund focused on supporting underrepresented enterprise technology founders with capital and expertise to scale and exit their businesses. In his non-profit activity, Luke aims to elevate the experience of under-represented tech entrepreneurs, providing training curriculum and advisory services to small minority businesses as well as strategic connections with local procurement budgets.

Luke has served as a Board Trustee at the University of Maryland Baltimore, an organization with nearly $1B in endowment. He has also previously been appointed by Governor Hogan as a member of the Maryland TEDCO Board of Directors, a $250M organization focused on providing startup funding, resources and connections to early stage technology and life sciences companies. Luke holds a JD from Syracuse University, an MBA from Babson College, an M&A Certificate from the University of Chicago and a BASc from Adelphi University, where he was a scholarship Men’s Basketball player.

JULIE ARNDORFER

Julie Arndorfer is a venture and cybersecurity GTM leader with deep relationships across a 300+ executive community of CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs. In her role leading Preface’s executive engagement, she connects founders and investors with critical operator insight to strengthen diligence, refine GTM strategy, and accelerate product-market fit. Julie brings a decade of experience supporting investment teams and portfolio companies through insight-driven community building and high-impact sales and ecosystem initiatives, and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Arizona.

KATIE REINERT

Katie serves as Chief of Staff at Preface Ventures, where she oversees day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, investor communications, and executive support across the firm. Known for her exceptional organization, discretion, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments, she plays a key role in keeping internal workflows and external relationships running seamlessly.

Outside of work, Katie is passionate about health and wellness, long-distance running, art, travel, and spending time with her two dogs.
